The Creative Ecosystem

An Art Therapy Experience for Creative Professionals

Creativity doesn’t exist in isolation. It is shaped by our relationships, environments, values, emotions, and the ways we care for ourselves. When we’re feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected from our creative practice, it can be helpful to pause and explore what is supporting and draining our creative energy.

In this experiential art therapy workshop, participants will engage in a guided creative process to explore their personal creative ecosystem by identifying the internal and external factors that influence creativity. Through art-making, reflection, and group dialogue, participants will identify what nourishes their creativity, recognize barriers that may be getting in the way, and gain new insights into their relationship with the creative process.

No artistic skill or experience is required. Art therapy is about exploration rather than creating something “good.” This workshop offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and engage with creativity in a meaningful way.
